Attendance on the first day is mandatory for the course to be counted
Missing one day results in dismissal from the course
Lateness or leaving during the course period is not allowed
The candidate earns the certificate after passing the course according to the stated conditions
An accredited completion certificate is issued by Endebat Qeyada Security & Safety Consulting no earlier than two weeks after the course end date
Course capacity must not be less than 10 candidates as a minimum
If the quorum or required number is not met, the specified procedures are taken based on each entity’s organizational regulations
A copy of the civil ID (from the Hawiati app) or work ID must be attached with the nomination form
An official letter with the candidates’ names must be sent to the company from their workplace
No candidate will be accepted for the course without an official letter
In case of withdrawal from the course, please send an official letter to the company

At least 5 years of service at the workplace at the time of the nomination request
No disciplinary penalty issued in the three years prior to nomination, unless reputation has been restored
The course topic must match the candidate’s job nature or specialty
The candidate must be at least 18 years old
The candidate must be medically fit for the course
The candidate must be of good conduct and behavior
