Self-Defense (Kaigen)

Daily Kaigen self-defense training

A daily practical training program in Kaigen self-defense aimed at developing personal discipline, physical fitness, self-confidence, and a leadership spirit, under certified trainers.

Course Instructions & Regulations

  • Attendance on the first day is mandatory for the course to be counted
  • Missing one day results in dismissal from the course
  • Lateness or leaving during the course period is not allowed
  • The candidate earns the certificate after passing the course according to the stated conditions
  • An accredited completion certificate is issued by Endebat Qeyada Security & Safety Consulting no earlier than two weeks after the course end date
  • Course capacity must not be less than 10 candidates as a minimum
  • If the quorum or required number is not met, the specified procedures are taken based on each entity’s organizational regulations
  • A copy of the civil ID (from the Hawiati app) or work ID must be attached with the nomination form
  • An official letter with the candidates’ names must be sent to the company from their workplace
  • No candidate will be accepted for the course without an official letter
  • In case of withdrawal from the course, please send an official letter to the company

Nomination Conditions

  • At least 5 years of service at the workplace at the time of the nomination request
  • No disciplinary penalty issued in the three years prior to nomination, unless reputation has been restored
  • The course topic must match the candidate’s job nature or specialty
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years old
  • The candidate must be medically fit for the course
  • The candidate must be of good conduct and behavior
