Course Instructions & Regulations
- Attendance on the first day is mandatory for the course to be counted
- Missing one day results in dismissal from the course
- Lateness or leaving during the course period is not allowed
- The candidate earns the certificate after passing the course according to the stated conditions
- An accredited completion certificate is issued by Endebat Qeyada Security & Safety Consulting no earlier than two weeks after the course end date
- Course capacity must not be less than 10 candidates as a minimum
- If the quorum or required number is not met, the specified procedures are taken based on each entity’s organizational regulations
- A copy of the civil ID (from the Hawiati app) or work ID must be attached with the nomination form
- An official letter with the candidates’ names must be sent to the company from their workplace
- No candidate will be accepted for the course without an official letter
- In case of withdrawal from the course, please send an official letter to the company
Nomination Conditions
- At least 5 years of service at the workplace at the time of the nomination request
- No disciplinary penalty issued in the three years prior to nomination, unless reputation has been restored
- The course topic must match the candidate’s job nature or specialty
- The candidate must be at least 18 years old
- The candidate must be medically fit for the course
- The candidate must be of good conduct and behavior
